Payment Information
We use Razorpay and CCAvenue payment gateways to process your payments. We or third party payment gateway providers do not store your card data on servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Refund Policy

All the self-paced online course purchases are deemed to be final and cancellation or refund requests are not accepted after the confirmation is received.

We reserves the sole right to decide at our own discretion to consider any cancellation/ refund request on case to case basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order without any prior notification to the Subscriber, which may be due to a technical fault, at the request of the Buyer or Offerer, circumstances beyond the control of the Company or as required by the law. Under such circumstances, the refund of the amount paid will be processed within a resonable period of time.

In case of any duplicate payments made for the same course, refund of the same will be processed via the same source in 10 working days post intimation by the buyer.
